Adoption of Stray Dogs

Time: 13:30~16:00 every day except Wednesday Friday.

Microchip Implantation: Free.

Pet Registration: Free.

Vaccination Against Rabies: Free.

Necessary ID Information: The adopter’s ID card.

Procedures:

1. Choose a dog for adoption.
2. The veterinarian on duty will perform a medical checkup for the dog.
3. The adopter's ID and fill out the adoption form.
4. The veterinarian on duty will vaccinate the dog against rabies and implant a microchip in the dog.
5. The adopter takes the dog home with the rabies vaccination tag and related documents.

Lost Pets Reclaim

Time: 10:00~12:00; 13:30~16:00 from Monday to Friday.

Fees

Feed stuff: NT$200 for each one per day.

Vaccination Against Rabies: Free.

Microchip Implantation: NT$300.

Necessary ID Information: The applicant’s ID card.

Procedures

1. The citizen must confirm that the dog is the missing one.
2. The veterinarian on duty will arrange an interview with an assistant.
3. The pet owner must fill out the application forms and submit a copy of ID card.
4. The veterinarian on duty will vaccinate the dog against rabies. If the dog has not been registered, it must be implanted with a microchip.
5. Charge fees.
6. The owner takes the dog home with the rabies vaccination tag and related documents.
