Application for Service of Sending Love to Your Home by Taichung’s Chartered Car

I. Adoption Location: Taichung Animal Shelter: Nantun Animal Shelter (No. 601, Chung Tai Road, Nantun District, Taichung City) and Houli Animal Shelter (No. 370, Tifang Road, Houli District, Taichung City)

II. Application Method: Adopt a stray dog or cat in Nantun and Houli Animal Shelter. After the adoption procedure is completed, if the adopter does not have an appropriate vehicle or cage to transport the animal, he/she can fill out an application form to apply for transit service to the Office.

III. Transit Location: Within administrative districts of Taichung City only.

IV. Delivery Date and Time: Transit will be arranged by the Office and will be conducted Monday to Friday, and applicants will be notified via phone one day prior to the transit. If the transit appointment is not kept for 3 times or over, the Office will refuse the application of the adopter.

V. Those who abandon their adopted dogs or cats are refused to apply for adoption again.
