Call the District Offices to inform the Bureau of Urban Development to demolish the illegally-built dovecots. If the pigeons are kept in the public space on the top floor, the apartment building management committee can denounce the situation based on the Apartment Building Regulations. Due to the limited manpower of the Disease Control Center, all the other authorities concerned must strictly work on disease control measures. Request the Public Health Bureau to dissuade the pigeon keeps and ask the police to ban the pigeon sales.
