Are you afraid that if you adopt a dog, you won't be able to bring it home with you on your motorcycle? Or are you worried that you don't have a big enough pet carrier for the dog you want to adopt? No problem! As long as you are ready for the love of a lifetime, Taiwan's first "Animal Adoption Truck," which was introduced by the Taichung Animal Shelter this year (2013), is ready to help you. As long as you select your new furry friend at the Taichung Animal Shelter and conduct pet registration, you can apply to receive "Sending Love to Your Home" service, and we will safely bring the new member of your household to your home. Thus far, the Animal Adoption Truck has brought 74 pets to their new adoptive households, and set a new record of 25 animals during July and August, at the height of the rabies season.

We remind you that the Sending Love to Your Home service is limited to homeless dogs and cats adopted at the Nantun and Houli branches of the Taichung Animal Shelter, and deliveries can only be made in the Taichung area. If you wish to have pets sent to nearby cities or counties (such as Nantou, Miaoli, or Changhua), you will have to talk to shelter personnel and received pet registration before applying for relevant services. You provide the love, we provide the effort: Please support "Be supportive to Adoption without Abandonment."
We can ensure that your new doggy gets home safe and dry in rainy weather.
