I am Tiantian from the Houli park animal shelter. My greatest hope is to be happy every day, but I recently had a case of red, itchy skin that made me ugly and unhappy every day. I heard the lady veterinarian say that the "demodicosis" making me so uncomfortable appears on many young puppies like me, and is especially common when their immunity is low, such as when they are strays and not eating well, or when they are moved to a different environment. Fortunately, the ladies have patiently given me regular medication and medicated baths. Under their painstaking care, I have changed back into a bright-eyed puppy. I now love my father and mother even more: They took me home in this icy cold weather, gave me the warmth of their love, and let me be happy every day!
The Animal Shelter reminds all our dog-loving large and small friends that if you find that your dog has any excessive hair loss or itchiness, quickly take it to a veterinarian to find the cause, and be patient in treating the animal. Diseases are not so frightening; what is frightening is when people abandon their furry children because of negligence and lack of understanding of the cause of disease. Love is caring, and never giving up: Yes, we can!
